I used to work as sushi chef and while the traditional sushi rollers are wider and bigger than this silicone one, I definitely use these more because they’re easy to clean and I don’t have to cling wrap the roller so that the rice won’t stick.
Works well for traditional rolls and bigger rolls. Makes it easy to roll and make them tighter. Easy clean up and holds up in the dishwasher.
