Refund and Returns Policy
Returns within the U.S. are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Shipping Policy
We offer free economy shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, or Amazon logistics, with processing typically taking 1 to 2 business days and delivery expected within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If items are out of stock, we’ll notify you by email and offer options to wait, choose an alternative, or cancel. Shipping is limited to these states, with delivery times varying by address.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package.
- Be in brand new condition, in its original unaltered packaging, and include all accessories.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return:
Please email us at support@lagomian.com or submit a message via our website by clicking the ‘START A RETURN’ button below, providing your order number and reason for the return.
We will then reach out to you with a return confirmation. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following products:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items not purchased on Lagomian.com (for purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase)
- Some health and personal care items
Return Shipping Cost:
We currently do not offer a free returns service.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use your preferred shipping method for returns.
We highly recommend a service with available tracking information.
Please note that Lagomian is not responsible for lost return items. If the return mail is lost, please contact the carrier directly.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on products purchased through Lagomian.com unless you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
If you have received a product that isn’t right for you, you will need to return your product back to us for a refund through our standard returns process and then proceed to place a new order online.
